Extract from The Secret - Rhonda Byrne

From The Secret Daily Teachings
Any words you speak have a frequency, and the moment you speak them they are released into the Universe. The law of attraction responds to all frequencies, and so it is also responding to the words that you speak. When you use very strong words, such as "terrible", "shocking" and "horrible" to describe any situation in your life, you are sending out an equally strong frequency, and the law of attraction must respond by bringing that frequency back to you.
The law is impersonal, and simply matches your frequency. Do you see how important it is for you to speak strongly about what you want, and not to use strong words about what you don't want?

Do not worry at all about negative thoughts, and do not try to control them. All you have to do is begin to think good thoughts each day. Plant as many good thoughts as you can in each day. As you begin to think good thoughts you will attract more and more good thoughts, and eventually the good thoughts will wipe out the negative thoughts altogether.

The Secret and The Power... bringing joy to billions

From The Secret Daily Teachings
We can never bring anything to us unless we are grateful for what we have. In fact, if somebody was completely and utterly grateful for everything, they would never have to ask for anything, because it would be given to them before they even asked.
That is the power of Gratitude.

May the joy be with you,

The Secret and The Power... bringing joy to billions

From The Secret Daily Teachings
Do you know that as you try and work out "how" your desire will come about, you are actually pushing your desire away from you? As you try and work out "how" you can make your desire happen, you are sending a huge message to the Universe that you do not have your desire. And if you're not emanating the exact frequency of having your desire within you, how can the Universe possibly find your signal to deliver your desire?

Stress Relaxation Technique

On-the-spot stress-release techniques:

Any time and almost anywhere -- to reduce the tension in your life.
1. Meditate

If you're thinking meditation means twisting your body into an uncomfortable position and uttering "oohs" and "omms" for an hour, guess again. Any repetitive action can be a source of meditation, says Herbert Benson, MD, author of The Relaxation Response anddirector emeritus, Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. This includes walking, swimming, painting, knitting -- any activity that helps keep your attention calmly in the present moment.
When you catch yourself thinking about your job, your relationship or your lifelong to-do list, experts say to simply let the thought escape, and bring your mind back the repetition of the activity. Try it for just 5 to 10 minutes a day and watch stress levels drop.

2. Picture Yourself Relaxed

Is your mind too talkative to meditate? Try creating a peaceful visualization, or "dreamscape." To start, simply visualize anything that keeps your thoughts away from current tensions. It could be a favorite vacation spot, a fantasy island, that penthouse in New York City -- or something "touchable," like the feel of your favorite silk robe or cozy sweater.
The idea is to take your mind off your stress, and replace it with an image that evokes a sense of calm. The more realistic your daydream -- in terms of colors, sights, sounds; even touch and feel -- the more relaxation you'll experience.

3. Breathe Deeply

Feeling stressed evokes tense, shallow breathing, while calm is associated with relaxed breathing, says Michael Lee, author of Turn Stress into Bliss and founder of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy in Bristol, Vermont. So to turn tension into relaxation, he says, change the way you breathe.
Try this: Let out a big sigh, dropping your chest, and exhaling through gently pursed lips, says Joan Borysenko, PhD, director of Harvard's Mind-Body Clinical Programs. Now imagine your low belly, or center, as a deep, powerful place. Feel your breath coming and going as your mind stays focused there. Inhale, feeling your entire belly, sides and lower back expand. Exhale, sighing again as you drop your chest, and feeling your belly, back and sides contract. Repeat 10 times, relaxing more fully each time.

4. Look Around You

“Mindfulness is the here-and-now approach to living that makes daily life richer and more meaningful,” says Claire Michaels Wheeler, MD, PhD, author of 10 Simple Solutions to Stress. It’s approaching life like a child, without passing judgment on what occurs. Mindfulness means focusing on one activity at a time, so forget multi-tasking! Staying in the present-tense can help promote relaxation and provide a buffer against anxiety and depression.
Practice it by focusing on your immediate surroundings. If you're outdoors, enjoy the shape and colors of flowers, hear a bird’s call or consider a tree. In the mall, look at the details of a dress in the window, examine a piece of jewelry and focus on how it's made, or window-shop for furniture, checking out every detail of pattern and style. As long as you can keep your mind focused on something in the present, stress will take a back seat.

5. Drink Hot Tea

If you’re a coffee-guzzler, consider going green. Coffee raises levels of the notorious stress hormone, cortisol, while green tea offers health and beauty, says Nicholas Perricone, MD, author of 7 Secrets to Beauty, Health, and Longevity.
Chamomile tea is a traditional favorite for calming the mind and reducing stress. And black tea may be a stress-fighter, too, researchers from University College London report. Participants who drank regular black tea displayed lower levels of cortisol, and reported feeling calmer during six weeks of stressful situations than those who drank a placebo with the same amount of caffeine.

6. Show Some Love

Induce the relaxation response by cuddling your pet, giving an unexpected hug to a friend or family member, snuggling with your spouse, or talking to a friend about the good things in your lives, says psychologist Deborah Rozman, PhD, co-author of Transforming Stress. When you do, you'll be reducing your stress levels.
Why? Experts say social interaction helps your brain think better, encouraging you to see new solutions to situations that once seemed impossible, she says. Studies have also shown that physical contact -- like petting your dog or cat -- may actually help lower blood pressure and decrease stress hormones.

7. Try Self-Massage

When your muscles are tense and you’ve no time to visit a pro, try this simple self-massage technique from Darrin Zeer, author of Lover’s Massage and Office Yoga. Relax, and travel straight to Zen-land.
• Place both hands on your shoulders and neck.
• Squeeze with your fingers and palms.
• Rub vigorously, keeping shoulders relaxed.
• Wrap one hand around the other forearm.
• Squeeze the muscles with thumb and fingers.
• Move up and down from your elbow to fingertips and back again.
• Repeat with other arm.

8. Take a Time-Out

Adults need time-outs, too. So when you sense your temper is about to erupt, Jeff Brantley, MD, author of Five Good Minutes In the Evening, suggests finding a quiet place to sit or lie down and put the stressful situation on hold. Take a few deep breaths and concentrate on releasing tension and calming your heartbeat. Quiet your mind and remember: Time is always on your side, so relax. The stress can wait.

9. Try a Musical Detour

Music can calm the heartbeat and soothe the soul, the experts say. So, when the going gets rough, take a musical stress detour by aligning your heartbeat with the slow tempo of a relaxing song. And you might want to make that a classical tune. Research shows that listening to 30 minutes of classical music may produce calming effects equivalent to taking 10 mg of Valium.

10. Take an Attitude Break

Thirty seconds is enough time to shift your heart’s rhythm from stressed to relaxed, Rozman says. The way to do that: Engage your heart and your mind in positive thinking. Start by envisioning anything that triggers a positive feeling -- a vision of your child or spouse, the image of your pet, that great piece of jewelry you're saving up to buy, a memento from a vacation -- whatever it is, conjuring up the thought will help slow breathing, relax tense muscles and put a smile on your face. Rozman says that creating a positive emotional attitude can also calm and steady your heart rhythm, contributing to feelings of relaxation and peace.

Try them & see the change!

Concept of God in Islam

Concept of God in Islam
Islam is a monotheistic religion. The concept of God, known in Arabic as Allāh, in Islamic theology is that of an all-powerful and all-knowing creator, sustainer, ordainer, and judge of the universe. Islam puts a heavy emphasis on the conceptualization of God as strictly singular (tawhid).  God is unique (wahid) and inherently one (ahad), all-merciful and omnipotent. According to tradition there are 99 Names of God (al-asma al-husna lit. meaning: "The best names") each of which evoke a distinct attribute of God All these names refer to Allah, the supreme and all-comprehensive divine name. Among the 99 names of God, the most famous and most frequent of these names are "the Compassionate" (al-rahman) and "the Merciful" (al-rahim).
Creation and ordering of the universe is seen as an act of prime mercy for which all creatures sing God's glories and bear witness to God's unity and lordship. According to the Islamic teachings, God exists without a place. According to the Qur'an, "No vision can grasp Him, but His grasp is over all vision. God is above all comprehension, yet is acquainted with all things" (Qur'an 6:103).
God in Islam is not only majestic and sovereign, but also a personal God: according to the Qur'an, God is nearer to a person than his jugular vein. (Quran 50:16) God responds to those in need or distress whenever they call. Above all, God guides humanity to the right way, “the holy way.”
The One true God is a reflection of the unique concept that Islam associates with God. To a Muslim, Allah is the Almighty Creator and Sustainer of the universe, Who is similar to nothing, and nothing is comparable to Him. TheProphet Muhammad was asked by his contemporaries about Allah; the answer came directly from God Himself in the form of a short chapter of the Qur'an, which isconsidered to be the essence of the unity or the motto of monotheism. This is chapter 112, which reads:“ In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate. Say (O Muhammad), He is God, the One God, the Everlasting Refuge, who has not begotten, nor has been begotten, and equal to Him is not anyone”.

Islam rejects characterizing God in any human form or depicting Him as favoring certain individuals or nations on the basis of wealth, power or race. He created the human-beings as equals. They may distinguish themselves and get His favour through virtue and piety only.

The concepts that God rested on the seventh day of creation, that God wrestled with one of His soldiers, that God is an envious plotter against mankind, and that God is incarnate in any human being are considered blasphemy from the Islamic point of view.

The unique usage of Allah as a personal name of God is a reflection of Islam's emphasis on the purity of the belief in God that is the essence of the message of all God's messengers. Because of this, Islam considers associating any deity or personality with God as a deadly sin that God will never forgive, despite the fact that He may forgive all other sins.

The most concise definition of God in Islam is given in the four verses of Surah Ikhlas which is Chapter 112 of the Qur’an:

"Say: He is Allah,
The One and Only.
"Allah, the Eternal, Absolute.
"He begets not, nor is He begotten.
And there is none like unto Him."
                         [Al-Qur’an 112:1-4]
The word ‘Assamad’ is difficult to translate. It means ‘absolute existence’, which can be attributed only to Allah (swt), all other existence being temporal or conditional. It also means that Allah (swt) is not dependant on any person or thing, but all persons and things are dependant on Him.
God's attributes
The Qur'an refers to the attributes of God as God's “most beautiful names”. According to Gerhard Böwering, "They are traditionally enumerated as 99 in number to which is added as the highest name (al-ism al-aʿẓam), the supreme name of God, Allāh. The locus classicus for listing the divine names in the literature of qurʾānic commentary is 17:110, “Call him Allah (the God), or call him Ar-Rahman (the Gracious); whichsoever you call upon, to him belong the most beautiful names,” and also 59:22-24, which includes a cluster of more than a dozen divine epithets." The most commonly used names for god in Islam are:
  • The Most High (al-Ala)
  • The Most Great (al-Aziz)
  • The Ever Forgiving (al-Ghaffar)
  • The Ever Providing (ar-Razzaq)
  • The Lord and Cherisher of the Worlds (Rabb al-Alameen)
  • The Self Subsisting (al-Haqq)
  • The Eternal Lord (al-Baqi)
  • The Sustainer (al-Muqsith)
  • The Source of Peace (As-Salaam)
Islamic theology makes a distinction between the attributes of God and the divine essence.
Furthermore, it is one of the fundamentals in Islam that God exists without a place and has no resemblance to his creations. For instance, God is not a body and there is nothing like him. In the Quran it says what mean "Nothing is like him in any way," [see Quran 42:11]. Allah is not limited to Dimensions.

Concept of Allah vis-à-vis Hindu concept on Brahman or Paramatma as viewed by an Islamic scholar Dr. Zakir Hussain  ---- below is Dr. Zakir Hussain’s speech in a convention which took place in Dhaka.

It is mentioned in the Chandogya Upanishad Chapter #6, Section #2, Verse #1; ekam evaditiyam God is only one without a second. It is a Sanskrit quotation. “I know that I am speaking in front of a great scholar of Vedas Sri Sri Ravi Shankar I am just a student. So if my Sanskrit pronunciation is a bit poor, I would like to apologize. He is a great scholar of the Veda, I am just a student of Islamic comparative religion as well a student of the Hindu scriptures and the Vedas.
It is mentioned in Swethaswethara Upanishad, Chapter #6, Verse #9, Na casya kasuj janita na cadhipah, which means of him of Almighty God, there are no parents they have got no lord. Almighty God has no true father, he has no true mother, he has no true superior.
It is mentioned in the Swethaswethara Upanishad; Chapter #4, Verse #19 Na Tasya Pratima Asti of that God there is no Prathima, there is no likeness, there is no image, there is no picture, there is no photograph, there is no sculpture, there is no statue.
It is mentioned in Swethaswethara Upanishad; Chapter #4, Verse #20; no one can see the Almighty God and it is further mentioned in Bhagwat Gita Chapter #7, Verse #20; all those whose intelligence has been stolen by material desires, they worship many Gods. Some of the translation says that all those whose intelligence has been stolen by material desires, they worship idols and this quotation is also mentioned by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in his Book “Hinduism and Islam the common thread” in the section of not worshiping other Gods on page #3. He gives the quotation but does not give the reference. The reference is Bhagwat Gita Chapter #7 Verse #20.
It is further mentioned in Bhagwat Gita Chapter #10 Verse #3, that they know me as the unborn not begotten, the supreme lord of the world. Amongst all the Hindu scriptures, the most sacred are the Vedas.
It is mentioned in Yajur-Ved Chapter #32, Verse #3 Na Tasya Pratima Asti of that God there is no Prathima. Prathima as I said, means likeness, image, picture, photo, sculpture, statue.
It is further mentioned in Yajur-Ved Chapter #40 Verse #8 Almighty God is imageless and pure.
It is further mentioned in Yajur-Ved Chapter #40 Verse #9 Andhatma pravishanti ye asambhuti mupaste. Andhatma means darkness, pravishanti means entering, and Asambhuti means the natural things like fire, water, air. They are entering darkness those who worship the natural things like fire, water, air, etc and the Verse continues, they are entering more in darkness those who worship the Sambhuti. The Sambhuti are the created things like tables, chairs, etc; who says that? Yajur-Ved Chapter #40 Verse #9.
It is further mentioned in Atharva-Ved Book #20 Hymn #58 Manthra #3 Dev maha osi verily great is Almighty God; and amongst the Vedas, the most sacred is the Rig-Ved.
It is mentioned in the Rig-Ved Book #1, Hymn #164, Manthra #46, ekkam sat vipra bhuda vidyante Truth is one, God is one, sages call him by various names. God is one but the saintly people call him by many names and there are no less than 33 names given to Almighty God in Rig-Ved Book #2 Hymn #1 alone. One of them is Brahma. The Brahma is called as the creator. If you translate creator into Arabic, it means khaaliq. We Muslims have got no objection if someone says that Almighty God is khaaliq or Creator, but if someone says this Almighty God has got 4 heads and on each head is a crown, you are giving an image to Almighty God. We Muslims take strong exception to it. More over, you are going against Swethaswethara Upanishad Chapter #4 Verse #19 which says Na Tasya Pratima Asti, of that God there are no images.
The other name given to Almighty God in Rig-Ved, Book #2, Hymn #1, Verse #3 is Vishnu. Vishnu is called as the God who is the sustainer. If you translate Sustainer into Arabic, it is somewhat similar to Rabb. We Muslims have got no objection if someone calls Almighty God as Rabb or Sustainer, but if someone says he is Almighty God who has got 4 hands and giving an image to Almighty God, in one hand is the lotus, the second hand is the conch, traveling on the sea on the bed of snakes, we Muslims take strong objection to it. Moreover you are going against the Yajur-Ved, Chapter #32, Verse #3 which says Na Tasya Pratima Asti of that God there is no prathima. There is no likeness, there is no image, there is no picture, there is no statue, no sculpture. It is further mentioned in Rig-Ved Book #8, Hymn #1, Manthra #1 Ma chitanidi sansad worship him alone, one God, praise him alone. It is mentioned in Rig-Ved, Book #6, Hymn #45 Manthra #16, praise him alone, worship that one God and the Brahma Sutra of Hinduism is dvitiya naste neh na naste kinchan Bhagwan ek hi hai doosra nahi hai, nahi hai, nahi hai, zara bhi nahi hai. There is only one God not a second one, not at all, not at all, not in the least bit. So, if you read the Hindu scriptures, you shall understand the concept of God in Hinduism in the light of the sacred scriptures.

Concept of God in Buddhism

Buddhism and God
The concept of Buddhism refutes the idea of a God, who throws the sinners into everlasting torments. In fact, the Buddhists believe in the existence of an Enlightened being, who vows to save all sentient beings from their sufferings. The concept of enlightenment is principally concerned with developing a method to escape from the illusions of the materialistic world. According to the Buddhist ideology, anyone can enlighten himself by undertaking a method of mental discipline and a code of conduct.

Reason for not believing in existence of God
Primitive humans found selves in a dangerous and hostile world, the fear of wild animals, of not being able to find enough food, of injury or disease, and of natural phenomena like thunder, lightning and volcanoes were constantly with them. Finding no security, they created the idea of gods in order to give them comfort in good times, courage in times of danger and consolation when things went wrong. To this day, you will notice that people become more religious at times of crises, you will hear them say that the belief in a god or gods gives them the strength they need to deal with life. You will hear them explain that they believe in a particular god because they prayed in time of need and their prayer was answered. All this seems to support the Buddha's teaching that the god-idea is a response to fear and frustration. The Buddha taught us to try to understand our fears, to lessen our desires and to calmly and courageously accept the things we cannot change. He replaced fear, not with irrational belief but with rational understanding.
The second reason the Buddha did not believe in a god is because there does not seem to be any evidence to support this idea. There are numerous religions, all claiming that they alone have god's words preserved in their holy book, that they alone understand god's nature, that their god exists and that the gods of other religions do not. Some claim that god is masculine, some that she is feminine and others that it is neuter. They are all satisfied that there is ample evidence to prove the existence of their god but they laugh in disbelief at the evidence other religions use to prove the existence of another god. It is not surprising that with so many different religions spending so many centuries trying to prove the existence of their gods that still no real, concrete, substantial or irrefutable evidence has been found. Buddhists suspend judgement until such evidence is forthcoming.
The third reason the Buddha did not believe in a god is that the belief is not necessary. Some claim that the belief in a god is necessary in order to explain the origin of the universe. But this is not so. Science has very convincingly explained how the universe came into being without having to introduce the god-idea. Some claim that belief in god is necessary to have a happy, meaningful life. Again we can see that this is not so. There are millions of atheists and free-thinkers, not to mention many Buddhists, who live useful, happy and meaningful lives without belief in a god. Some claim that belief in god's power is necessary because humans, being weak, do not have the strength to help themselves. Once again, the evidence indicates the opposite. One often hears of people who have overcome great disabilities and handicaps, enormous odds and difficulties through their own inner resources, through their own efforts and without belief in a god. Some claim that god is necessary in order to give man salvation. But this argument only holds good if you accept the theological concept of salvation and Buddhists do not accept such a concept. Based on his own experience, the Buddha saw that each human being had the capacity to purify the mind, develop infinite love and compassion and perfect understanding. He shifted attention from the heavens to the heart and encouraged us to find solutions to our problems through self-understanding.

The Christian Concept Of God

THE CHRISTIAN CONCEPT OF GOD
Christians claim that their concept of God is found in the Bible. Known as classical theism, this view of God has long been considered the orthodox theistic position of the Western world. Though there are numerous divine attributes that we could examine, for our present purposes it is sufficient to say that the God of classical theism is at least (1) personal and incorporeal (without physical parts), (2) the Creator and Sustainer of everything else that exists, (3) omnipotent (all-powerful), (4) omniscient (all-knowing), (5) omnipresent (everywhere present), (6) immutable (unchanging) and eternal, and (7) necessary and the only God.

Let us now briefly look at each of these attributes.

1. Personal and Incorporeal. According to Christian theism, God is a personal being who has all the attributes that we may expect from a perfect person: self-consciousness, the ability to reason, know, love, communicate, and so forth.
God is also incorporeal. Unlike humans, God is not uniquely associated with one physical entity (i.e., a body). This is why the Bible refers to God as Spirit (John 4:24).

2. The Creator and Sustainer of Everything Else that Exists. In classical theism, all reality is contingent on God — that is, all reality has come into existence and continues to exist because of Him. Unlike a god who forms the universe out of preexistent matter, the God of classical theism created the universe ex nihilo (out of nothing). Consequently, it is on God alone that everything in the universe depends for its existence .

3. Omnipotent. God is also said to be omnipotent or all-powerful. This should be understood to mean that God can do anything that is (1) logically possible (see below), and (2) consistent with being a personal, incorporeal, omniscient,...

The Power and Money

The Power  -- Rhonda Byrne  Book just published
The book is available in all leading general bookstore of
Your city.
Or purchase your copy from  http://www.amazon.com

Following is excerpt from the bestseller book of Rhonda
Byrne named “The Power”

The Power and Money

When you don't feel good about money, you repel it. It
will never stick to you. Even when you get some extra money
you hadn't figured on receiving, in no time at all you will find
that it has slipped through your fingers. Bigger bills come in,
things break down, and unforeseen circumstances of every
kind occur, all of which drains you of money and takes it right
out of your hands.

So what is it that makes money stick? Lovel Love is the
attracting force that brings money, and love is also the power
that makes money stick! It has nothing to do with whether
you are a good person or not. That aspect of you is beyond any
question whatsoever, because you are far more magnificent
than you realize.

You have to give love and feel good about money to bring
it to you and make it stick! Right now if you lack money, and
your credit card debt is increasing, you have no sticking power
and you are repelling money.

It doesn't matter what financial state you are in now. It
doesn't matter what financial state your business, your country,
or the world is in. There is no such thing as a hopeless
situation. There are people who lived during the Great
Depression who thrived because they knew the law of love
and attraction. They lived the law by imagining and feeling
everything they wanted, and they defied the circumstances
that surrounded them.

The force of love can break through every single obstacle
or situation. World problems are no obstacle for the force
of love. The law of attraction operates with the same power
whether the times are up or down.
How to Change the way You Feel About Money
When you change the way you feel about money, the
amount of money in your life will change. The better you feel
about money, the more money you magnetize to yourself.
If you don't have much money, then receiving bills won't
make you feel good. But the moment you react negatively
to a big bill, you give bad feelings, and most surely you will
receive bigger bills. Whatever you give, you receive back. The
most important thing is that when you pay your bills, you find
a way, any way, to make yourself feel good. Never pay your bills
when you don't feel good, because you will just bring bigger
bills to you.

To change what you're feeling, you need to use your
imagination to turn your bills into something that makes
you feel better. You can imagine they' re not real ly bills at all
but instead you've decided to donate money to each company
or person out of the goodness of your heart, because of the
wonderful se rvice they provide.
Imagine your bills are checks you're receiving. Or use
grat itude and give thanks to the company who sent you the
bill, by thinking about how you've benefited from their se rvice
- for electricity or being able to live in a home. You can write
across the front of a bill when you pay it, "Thank you - paid."
If you don't have the money to pay the bill right away, write
across the front of it, 'Thank you for the money."The law of
attraction doesn't question whether what you imagine and feel
is real or not. It responds to what you give, period.

"You are rewarded not according to your work or
your time but according to the measure of your love."

When you receive your salary, be grateful for it so it
multiplies! Most people don't even feel good when they are
paid, because they're so worried about how to make their
salary last. They miss an incredible opportunity to give love
every time they're paid. When some money comes into your
hands, no matter how little it is, be gratefull Remember,
whatever you're grateful for multiplies. Gratitude is the
great multiplier!

Seize Every Opportunity to Play
Seize every moment that you are handling money to
make the money multiply by feeling good. Feel love when
you pay for anything! Feel love when you hand over money!
Feel love with all your heart by imagining how much your
money is helping the company and the staff who work for the
company. It will make you feel good about the money you're
giving instead of feeling bad because you have less money. The
difference between the two is the difference between having
plenty of money and struggling with money for the rest of
your life.
Here is a game you can play so you remember to feel good
about money each time you handle it. Imagine a dollar bill.
Imagine the front of the dollar bill as the positive side, which
represents plenty of money. Imagine the back of the dollar bill
as the negative side representing a lack of money. Each time
you handle money, deliberately Rip the bills so the front is
facing you. Put bills in your wallet with the front facing you.
When you hand over money, make sure the front is facing
upward. By doing this you are using money as your cue to
remember to feel good about plenty of money.
If you are using a credit card, then Rip the credit card to
the front where your name is, because the front of your credit
card is telling you that there is an abundance of money and it
has your name on it!

When you pay for anything, as you hand over your card
or money, imagine an abundance of money for the person you
are handing it to, and mean it. Whatever you give out, you
receive back!
Imagine that you are wealthy right now. Imagine that
you have all the money you need right now. How would you
live your life differently? Think about all the things you
would do. How would you feel? You would feel different and
because you would feel different, you would walk differently.
You would talk differently. You would hold your body in a
different way, and you would move differently. You would
react differently to everything. Your reaction to bills would
be different. Your reaction to people, circumstances, events,
and everything in life would be different. Because you would
feel different! You would be relaxed. You would have peace of
mind. You would feel happy. You would be easygoing about
everything. You would enjoy every day, without giving any
thought to tomorrow. That's the feeling you want to capture. r
That is the feeling of love for money, and that feeling is 1
magnetically sticky!
"Capture the feeling associated with your realized
wish by assuming the feeling that would be yours
were you already in possession of the thing you desire,
and your wish will objectify itself"
Say Yes to Money
Remember, any time you hear of another person receiving
more money or success, get excited, because it means you're
on that frequency' It is evidence that you're on a good
frequency, so be as excited as if it were happening to you,
because your reaction to the news is everything. If you react
with joy and excitement for the other person, you are saying
yes to more money and success for yourself. If you react by
feeling disappointed or envious that it's not happening to you,
your bad feelings are saying no to more money and success
for yourself. If you hear of a person winning the lottery, or
you hear of a company making record profits, be excited and
happy for them. The fact that you heard the news tells you
that you're on the same frequency, and your reaction of feeling
good feelings for those people says yes for you!
A few years ago, I reached an all-time low with money in
my life. I had several credit cards that I had charged up, my
apartment was mortgaged to the limit, and my company was
in debt for millions of dollars because I was making a film
called The Secret. I think my situation with money was about
as bad as anybody's can get. I wanted money to finish the film,
I knew the law of attraction, and I knew I had to feel good
about money to bring it to me. But it wasn't easy because
every single day I was confronted by the mounting debt, with
people calling for money, and had no idea how I would be able
to pay my staff's wages. So I took drastic action.
I walked to an ATM and drew out several hundred dollars
from my credit card account. I needed that money so badly
to pay bills and buy food, but I took the money in my hand,
walked down a busy street, and I gave the money away to
people on the street.
I put a $50 bill in my hand, and as I walked, I looked at
each person's face as they walked toward me, trying to decide
who to give the money to. I wanted to give money to every
single person, but I only had a certain amount. I let my heart
choose and I gave the money away to all kinds of people. It
was the first time in my life I had felt love for money. But
it wasn't the money itself that caused me to feel love, it was
giving the money to people that made me feel love for money.
It was a Friday, and afterward I had tears of joy all weekend
about how good it felt to give money.
On Monday afternoon something astounding happened:
my bank account received $25,000 through the most
incredible sequence of events. That $25,000 literally fell out
of the sky into my life and into my account. I had bought
some shares in a friend's company years earlier, and I had
forgotten about them because they had never increased in
value. But that Monday morning I received a phone call asking
me if I would sell my shares as they had skyrocketed in value,
and by Monday afternoon the money for the shares was in
my account.

The Power and Health

What you think in your heart is what you believe to be
true. Beliefs are simply repeated thoughts with strong feelings
attached to them like, "I catch colds easily," "I have a sensitive
stomach," "I find it hard to lose weight," "I'm allergic to that,"
"Coffee keeps me awake." All these are beliefs, not facts.
A belief is when you have made up your mind, the verdict
is in, you've najled the door shut and thrown away the key, and
there is no room for negotiation. But whatever you believe
and feel is true will be true for you, whether your beliefs help
you or harm you. Whatever beliefs you give out, the law of
attraction says you must receive back.

All cells in your body must work as a team, 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week, for their entire life. Their sole purpose is to maintain
the life and health in your body. You have around 100 trillion
cells in your body. That's 100,000,000,000,000 cells who
are working nonstop to give you life! All 100 trillion cells are
under your command, and you are commanding them and
instructing them with your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.
Whatever you believe about your body, your cells believe
too. They don't question anything you think, feel, or believe.
In fact, they hear every thought, feeling, and belief you have.
If you think or say, "I always get jetlag when I travel,"
your cells receive "jetlag" as a command, and they must carry
out your instructions. Think and feel that you have a weight
problem, and your cells receive the order of a weight problem.
They must follow your instructions and keep your body in an
overweight condition. Be afraid you might catch an illness,
and your cells receive the message of the illness, and they
immediately get busy creating the symptoms of the illness.
Your cells' responding to your every command is simply the
law of attraction working inside your body.

What do you want? What would you love? Because that is
what you must give to your body. Your cells are your most loyal
subjects who serve you without question, and so whatever you
think, whatever you feel, becomes the law of your body. If you
want to feel as good as you did when you were a child, then
give your cells those commands: "I feel amazing today." "I have
so much energy." "I have perfect eyesight." "I can eat whatever
1 want and maintain my ideal weight." "I sleep like a baby
every night." You are the ruler of a kingdom, and whatever
you think and feel becomes the law of your kingdom - the law
within your body.

Scientists at the Institute of HeartMath in California have
shown that feeling love, gratitude, and appreciation in your
heart boosts your immune system; increases vital chemical
production; increases physical vitality and vigor; reduces
stress hormone levels, high blood pressure, anxiety, guilt, and
burnout; and improves glucose regulation in diabetics. Feelings
of love also create a higher degree of harmony in the rhythm
of your heart. HeartMath has shown that the magnetic field
of the heart is 5,000 times more powerful than the magnetic
field of the brain, and reaches out several feet from our body.
Other scientists are revolutionizing our understanding
of the affect of love on our health, through experiments with
water. What does water have to do with health? Your body
is made up of 70 percent water! The inside of your head is
80 percent water!
Researchers inJapan, Russia, Europe, and the Unjted
States have discovered that when water is exposed to positive
words and feelings such as love and gratitude, the energy level
of the water not only increases, but the structure of the water
changes, malcing it perfectly harmonious. The higher the
positive feeling, the more beautiful and harmonious the water
becomes. When water is exposed to negative emotions, such
as hate, the energy level of the water decreases, and chaotic
changes occur, negatively affecting the structure of the water.
If human emotions can change the structure of water, can
you imagine what your feelings are doing to the health of your
body? Your cells are made of mostly water! The center of every
cell is water, and each cell is completely surrounded by a layer
of water.
Can you imagine the impact of love and gratitude on your
body? Can you imagine the power of love and gratitude to
restore health? When you feel love, your love affects the water
of the 100 trillion cells in your body!

How to Use the Power of Love for Perfect Health

To receive the health you want and love, you must give
love! In the face of any sickness, give good feelings about
health, because only love brings perfect health. You cannot
give bad feelings about sickness and receive health. If you
hate or fear a disease, you will be giving out bad feelings,
and disease can never go away through bad feelings. When you
give thoughts and feelings of what you want, your cells receive
the full force of health. When you give negative thoughts and
feelings of what you don't want, the force of health to your
cells reduces! It doesn't matter if you feel bad about a subject
that has nothing to do with your health; when you feel bad,
you reduce the force of health to your body. But when you
feel love for anything - for a sunny day, new house, friend, or
promotion - your body receives the full force of health.
Gratitude is the great multiplier, so say thank you for your
health every single day. All the money in the world cannot buy
health, because it is a gift from life, and so more than anything
else, be grateful for your health! It's the best health insurance
you can ever take, because gratitude is the assurance of health!
Be grateful for your body instead of finding fault with it.
Every time you have a thought of something you don't like
about your body, remember that the water inside your body
is receiving your feelings. Instead say thank you with all your
heart for what you do like about your body, and ignore the
things you don't like.
"Love draws forth love. "

Before you eat food or drink water, look at what you're
about to eat or drink and feel love and gratitude. Make sure
your conversations are positive when you are sitting down
to a meal.
Blessing food gives love and gratitude for food. As you
bless food, you change the structure of the water in the
food and its effect on your body. Blessing water with love
and gratitude does the same thing. Your positive feelings of
love can change the structure of water in everything - so use
the power.
You can give love and gratitude and use their power while
receiving any medical treatment. If you can imagine being
well, you can feel being well, and if you can feel it, you can
receive it. To see your health improve, all you have to do is
give love more than 50 percent of the time. Just 51 percent
is the tipping point from sickness to health.
When having your eyesight checked or blood pressure
checked, or if you're having a general checkup, receiving
results from tests, or anything concerning your health, it is
very important that you are feeling good during it and while
receiving the results, in order to receive a good outcome. By
the law of attraction, the outcome of the checkup or tests
must match the frequency you're on, so to bring the good
outcome you want, you must be on the frequency to receive
it! Life does not happen the other way around. The outcome
of every situation in your life will always match your frequency
because that is the law of attraction! To get yourself onto a
good feeling frequency about a test, imagine the outcome you
want and feel that you have already received that outcome.
Every possible outcome can happen, but you must be on
a good feeling frequency to receive good outcomes.

"Possibilities and miracles mean the same thing.”

Imagine and feel having the health you want in your body.
If you want to restore your eyesight, give love for perfect
vision and imagine having it. Give love for perfect hearing and
imagine having it. Give love for the perfect weight, perfect
body, perfect health of an organ, and imagine having it, and
be utterly grateful for everything you do have! Your body wiU
change into whatever you want, but it can only do it through
feelings of love and gratitude.
When a young, fit woman was told she had a rare heart
disease, her life crumbled around her. She suddenly felt
weak and fragile. Her future - a normal, healthy life - had
disappeared with the prognosis. She was terrified of leaving
her two young daughters motherless. But this woman decided
she was going to do everything she could to heal her heart.
She refused to entertain any negative thoughts about her
heart. She placed her right hand on her heart every day and
imagined her strong, healthy heart. Every morning when she
woke, she gave the deepest thanks for her strong, healthy
heart. She imagined the cardiologists telling her that she was
cured. She did these things every day for four months, and
when her cardiologists checked her heart four months later,
they were dumbfounded. They checked and rechecked the old
tests against the new test, because the new test showed that
the woman's heart was perfectly strong and healthy.
This woman lived according to love's law of attraction.
She did not own the prognosis of a diseased heart in her mind,
but she gave love for a healthy heart, and she owned a healthy
heart instead. If you are facing any kind of illness, do your best
not to own it with your thoughts and words. Don't hate an
illness either, because that is giving negativity to it. Instead,
give love to health, own health, and make it yours.

"Keep your mind as much as you can from dwelling
on your ailment. Think of strength and power and
you will draw it to you. Think of health and you
get it."

Every moment you feel love for your health, the force of a..riI
love is eliminating any negativity in your body! If you find . -,- .
it difficult to feel good about your health, all that matters
is that you feel love for anything, so surround yourself with
everything you love, and use those things to feel as good as
you can. Use everything you can in the outside world so that
you feel love. Watch movies that make you laugh and feel
good, not movies that make you feel tense or sad. Listen to
music that makes you feel good. Get people to teLl you jokes
that make you laugh, or have them tell you funny stories about
their most embarrassing moments. You know the things you
love. You know your favorite things. You know what makes
you happy, so draw on them all and feel as good as you can.
Use the Creation Process. Use the Keys to Power. Remember
it only takes giving love and good feelings a minimum
of 51 percent of the time to reach the tipping point and
change everything!
If you want to help somebody who is ill, you can use
the Creation Process and imagine and feel full health being
restored to them. Although you cannot override what another
person is giving to the law of attraction, your power can help
them rise to a frequency where they can receive health.
